About Me and Zentangle®

While I have been involved in art in one form or another over the years, it wasn’t until this year when I discovered this new art form that is truly amazing and requires little training. In fact, I was so taken aback by it and what it has done for me, that I just completed my certification workshop so that I can teach others. I am not a professional artist, nor am I into arts and crafts, although I do dabble in them from time to time. Discovering the Zentangle art form and methodology and the journey to get here has been simply amazing.

I began my quest just a short time ago at the first March when I purchased the official Zentangle kit. The day it arrived, I was hooked and haven’t looked back. My professional artist friends have marveled at my work and encouraged me to pursue it further. And so I have.

I am ever so grateful to Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas for developing this program and certifying me to teach it to others. Having just completed the Certified Zentangle Teacher’s Spring Seminar, I am now prepared and ready to start sharing this wonderful, relaxing art form with others.
